Anita Kaplan has been in the business for over 30 years, beginning her career in qualitative research, leading and interpreting focus groups and depth interviews. She spent eight years working for General Foods Corporation and subsequently as VP with two major research companies (Moskowitz-Jacobs and FRC), planning, managing and executing all types of marketing research. She has developed unique skills in understanding consumers and customers and in employing motivational techniques to obtain insightful, valuable responses from a broad range of target groups. |
